Condition of Returned Equipment

In order for a return to be accepted, the equipment must fully match the condition outlined in the PDI report, excluding normal and reasonable wear resulting from proper use during the evaluation period.
Any damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications may result in the return being denied or subject to additional conditions.
Return Procedure and Processing Time
